We take reasonable care to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, images, and ingredients. However, minor variations may occur due to:

• Artisanal nature of products
• Baking variations
• Packaging updates

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed through approved payment gateways such as Razorpay. The Company reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspicious or high-risk transactions

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier operations. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the User. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All purchases are final due to the perishable nature of bakery products. Refunds and replacements are only provided under exceptional circumstances outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
