This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Mrs. Crumble (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides refund, replacement, and cancellation options to customers purchasing bakery products through our website or any associated platform. By placing an order, the customer (“User”, “You”) agrees to the terms of this Policy.
Mrs. Crumble deals in perishable food items. Due to their consumable nature, all sales are final and non-refundable except in cases outlined in Section 4.
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order only if preparation has not started.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or out for delivery.
We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, address issues, or payment irregularities. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Refunds are not provided except under the specific exceptions listed below.
User must submit photos/videos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. The Company’s decision will be final.
If an order is not delivered within 7 days from dispatch or is declared lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued.

This Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
