Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how products sold by Mrs. Crumble (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) are shipped, delivered, and managed across service locations. By placing an order, the customer (“User”, “You”) agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed between Monday to Saturday. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM IST are processed on the next working day.

3. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. No dispatches occur on Sundays or public holidays. During peak demand or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.

4. Shipping Partners

We deliver orders pan-India using trusted courier partners, including:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Xpressbees
• Shiprocket Logistics Network

Courier partners are automatically assigned based on serviceability and delivery timelines.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Urban Areas: 3–6 business days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier constraints, weather conditions, operational issues, or other external factors.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service availability. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions at our discretion.

7. Packaging Standards

All bakery items are packed using:

• Food-safe, airtight packaging
• Protective outer packaging to prevent damage
• Tamper-evident bags, where applicable

8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the parcel

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping. No refunds are issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error.

9. Tracking Information

A tracking ID/link is shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched. Users are responsible for monitoring the shipment status.

10. Delays, Loss, or Damage

In cases where shipments are delayed or lost, we will coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf. Investigations may take 3–7 working days.

If the courier confirms loss or non-delivery, a refund or replacement will be provided. Damaged or tampered parcels must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.

11. International Shipping

At present, Mrs. Crumble ships only within India. International deliveries are not supported.
